Hello! I offer individual counselling services to teens and adults virtually by phone or video. I offer various appointment times including some mornings, evenings and weekends. We face many challenges, and it can be helpful to talk to someone so you don’t feel so overwhelmed or alone. I work with clients to explore their concerns in a client-centred, supportive, judgement free environment. Together we can create goals to work towards, creating positive change in your life. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in residential, community-based and university settings. Common issues clients address include: anxiety, depression, relationship (family, friends, intimate partner), self-esteem, stress, work life balance, life transitions, substance use, among others. The client-therapist relationship is the most important aspect of counselling, you need to feel comfortable with your therapist.
