Hi there! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), currently under supervision as I complete my student practicum. I work with adults 18 and older, and I’d love to walk alongside you if you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, chronic illness or disability, or just feeling worn down from holding everything together for everyone else. You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out. Therapy can be a space to breathe, to be honest about what’s hard, and to slowly find your footing again.
My approach is shaped by clinical training, experience in nonprofit perinatal and infant healthcare, and lived experience of chronic illness, late-identified neurodivergence, and queer identity. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your experiences and the systems shaping your world, and build self-compassion, self-trust, and choice.
Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t need to have the right words or minimize what you’re carrying. Therapy can honour both the weight of your experiences and your capacity to navigate them. If you’re looking for support that sees the bigger picture while helping you find a way forward that feels more like you, I invite you to reach out.
