I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University specializing in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. I have worked in a variety of settings supporting the well-being and mental health of children, youth and young adults and families. My focus is cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, building trusting therapeutic relationships, practicing compassion and empathy, and implementing mindfulness within my counselling sessions. I also use a holistic and strength-based approach, helping clients to recognize their strengths and goals.
I am a well-rounded individual who is friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and who will work with you to create a safe space for you to talk and to determine what approach and strategies fits best with your needs.
