Do you identify as highly sensitive, or are you moving through life transitions, chronic stress, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty about your identity? I offer a grounded and supportive space where you can explore what you are experiencing and find clarity, understanding, and self-compassion.
I’m Jillian (she/her), a counselling intern and practicing Art Therapist in Vancouver. I am completing my Master of Counselling and am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC). As part of my internship with Constellations Counselling, I offer low-cost counselling and art therapy for youth and adults seeking accessible support.
I often work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My integrative approach includes art therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, and nature-inspired practices. You do not need any background in art to participate. The creative process simply offers another way to explore emotions, build insight, and deepen self-understanding.
In our sessions, we may use art materials, grounding practices, gentle body awareness, or conversation, depending on what feels most helpful for you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious, with an emphasis on compassion and personal growth.
If you would like to learn more about how counselling and art therapy can support healing, you’re welcome to reach out for a complimentary consultation.
