Jim is passionate about helping men deal with the unique challenges and pressures they face in today’s world. As a long-time men’s support group member and facilitator, Jim has been an advocate for healthy masculinity all his life. His counselling approach focuses on understanding the unique challenges facing men while building self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and resilience. Jim works with clients to address their concerns related to relationships, sexuality, life transitions, addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma using cognitive and mindfulness-based techniques, along with practical life skills. Jim partners with men to help them to live with greater confidence and ease, and a sense of meaning and purpose.
