Her practice is a Neurodiversity Affirming Practice with Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy (NAT) aimed to empower diagnosed and non-diagnosed neurodiverse individuals to navigate ADHD/Autism, supported by her lived experience of Inattentive Type ADHD. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Registered Nurse (RN)..

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from DePauw University. She is a member of the Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement and Volunteers with the VON DURHAM HOSPICE SERVICES.
