Talking to an empathic listener can be a meaningful step towards well-being. I am passionate about helping youth, adults, and families achieve their personal goals and cultivate resiliency. I have over 10 years of working experience in adolescent mental health. It is an honour to validate clients’ unique strengths that can help them on their therapeutic journey to enhanced wellness. I also work within a school board and focus my skills in student mental health and attendance.
With everyone I work with, I collaboratively develop intervention plans to help create positive growth and motivating change, as well as increased personal insight. I ground my practice in client-centered, strengths-based and anti-oppressive approaches while incorporating evidence-based modalities (e.g. Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, etc.).
