I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating relationship challenges, emotional stressors, and significant life transitions.
Much of my work centres on relationships — whether that’s feeling disconnected from a partner, rebuilding trust after betrayal, navigating infidelity, or repairing emotional injuries that feel hard to move past. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, attachment wounds, and periods of overwhelm or transition.
My clinical training is rooted in evidence-based, attachment-informed approaches. This means our work focuses not only on symptom relief, but on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you relate — to yourself and to others.
I balance practical skill-building with emotionally focused work, helping clients strengthen regulation, clarity, and connection while addressing the underlying experiences that keep them feeling stuck.
