Being unique means that we also bring different outlooks on the world, which deserve to be appreciated in their own light. As a therapist, I see my role as someone who walks alongside you, never telling you how to feel, but helping you explore how life experiences shape our feelings and worldview. Through this, I aim to support you to navigate the world with greater confidence and insight into yourself. My office is a judgment-free space, and along with active listening, I apply Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help you explore your emotions and personal stories. While continuing to build trust with each other, we can expand our toolbox as I use other modalities, such as Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Spiritual Care, and Mindfulness, to help you achieve your goals.
