Hi, my name is Josh, and I am a Master’s level Counselling Psychology practicum student. I am qualified to practice at Integrative Wellness under the clinical supervision of Shannon Falkingham, RP. Prior to pursuing my Masters, graduated with a Honours Psychology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Therapy can be uncomfortable and hard, but I aim to meet you where you are at so that we can   work together and accomplish your personal goals, whatever they may be. I believe that taking care of yourself includes being patient with yourself, building sustainable healthy habits, and finding balance.

I value a collaborative approach to psychotherapy and follow person-centred therapeutic styles, such as solution focused, strength-based, and narrative therapy. During this learning opportunity I have an interest in working with academic or work-related stress, men’s mental health, sport performance/anxiety, as well as a variety of other populations with varying needs.
