Have you been feeling weighed down recently? Have you been given a serious illness diagnosis or dealing with the impacts of death and grief? Have you been trying to hold everything together as a male because you’ve felt pressured by society to always have it together? Have you been trying to figure out your layered identity or your experiences as a person of colour? Or have you been overwhelmed with what life has thrown at you recently that you simply don’t know how to go about it? With the challenges that life brings us, it can be difficult to navigate them alone. Welcome to the first step in seeking support. As a therapist, I promise to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can meet, reflect, unpack, and move forward together to create meaningful change in your life.

I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in therapy and therefore I tailor my approach to best fit your needs. Although I primarily work from a narrative, person-centered, and anti-oppressive approach, I promise to meet you where you are at with kindness and compassion and uphold that standard with every session. As a son of immigrant parents raised in an inter-generational household, I understand how our actions today might be influenced by our cultures, upbringings, past traumas, etc., and believe it is important to work through those roots and find the strengths that we hold to make our therapeutic goals attainable.

I support individuals aged 14+ both in person and virtually with a sliding scale approach to help make therapy accessible. Please find my contact info below and book a free phone consultation with me so we can get started together on your journey of healing and growth.
