Welcome! Dealing with worry, anxiety and stress can often make you feel drained and stuck making it unclear what to do. If you’re struggling with these types of feelings, I would be honoured to work with you to help you gain that sense of control back by exploring your strengths, confusions, fears and stressors in a warm, welcoming and safe environment. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an MA Student in Counselling Psychology, I strive to help guide you through your emotions by giving you a sense of safety in opening up and regaining a greater sense of empowerment and relief.
