I believe wisdom and resilience already exist within you. My role is to help bring those strengths to light, bear witness to your lived experiences, and offer support and tools to help you cope more effectively.
My work in crisis response, peer support, and psychiatric research has deepened my awareness of how our identities and lived experiences shape our emotional worlds. These roles have given me the opportunity to support individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including relationship and identity challenges, immigration stress, performance and academic pressure, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
As an Asian-Canadian immigrant, I understand that conversations about mental health can sometimes feel unfamiliar, raw, or out of place. I strive to create a space rooted in safety, autonomy, and non-judgment—where you can explore and make sense of your emotions, and move toward a life aligned with your values. Whether you have so much to say that it feels hard to begin, or you’re still figuring out how to describe what you’re going through, I will meet you where you are.
Feel free to reach out for a free consultation via email or the Good Days website — I would be happy to connect and see how I can support you.
