I believe that therapy is a partnership. I take a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, viewing the client as the expert in their own life. Together, we work collaboratively to identify goals, build insight, and develop strategies to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I strive to be warm, approachable, and deeply empathetic, bringing patience and a non-judgemental presence to every session. My goal is to meet clients where they are, encourage open dialogue, and foster mutual trust as we walk alongside each other in the process of self-discovery and growth.
I draw from various approaches, including mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also support navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation.
