My name is Julia Sibian, and I specialize in working with individuals and couples, focusing on areas such as anxiety (including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and health anxiety), depression, intimacy/sex, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship challenges. I am the process of completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for relationship counselling.
