If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, having trouble regulating or understanding your emotions, or feeling lost in a relationship, know that you are not alone! My goal is to offer you a compassionate, safe and empathetic space for you to explore your feelings and better understand them.
I draw from a variety of approaches, including humanistic, body-centered and talk therapies, to help you overcome obstacles and work towards healing in a way that resonates with you. I believe that self-love is a foundation for growth, and everyone has the potential to achieve it. I am always happy to meet people who are brave enough to take the first step towards a stronger, more balanced sense of self. I offer services for individuals 15+ and I am available on weekends and weeknights.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from Carleton University.
If you think we would be a good fit but aren’t sure of your next step, don’t hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
