About…

Hello and welcome! I’m Julie, and I’m honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness. My approach as a therapist is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for your unique path. I believe in creating a space where you can feel seen and heard, without judgement, as we work together to explore your strengths, overcome obstacles, and cultivate lasting growth.

Whether your goal is to heal old wounds, navigate life’s challenges, or looking to develop self-compassion and empowerment, my goal is to help you discover the tools and resilience within yourself to thrive. I’m here to support you, every step of the way, with compassion, a sense of humour, and a focus on the future you’re working to create.

Healing isn’t linear, but with the right support, it’s always possible. Let’s take this next step toward a stronger, more fulfilled version of yourself—together.

I take a collaborative, person-centred approach, believing that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to help you tap into your inner strengths and resources , while fostering self-compassion and acceptance along the way. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including creative expressive therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic therapy to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and body in a holistic way. By creating a safe space to uncover and integrate different aspects of yourself, we can build a deeper understanding of your feelings and challenges, and ultimately work to empower you to move toward healing and growth.

Taking the first step toward seeking support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply need someone to listen, reaching out is a courageous and important step. Feel free to check out my webpage, book an appointment or a free 15-min consultation, whenever you’re ready—I’m here for you.
