As a Master of Social Work student, I am passionate about working with individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, situational crisis, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and appreciation for each individual’s unique experience.
I take a compassionate, client-centered approach drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Crisis Intervention and Mindfulness-Based practice.
With a background in Recreation Therapy, I bring a holistic and activity-based approach to my practice, focusing on individuals’ strengths and skills to foster resilience and personal growth. I have experience working with adults experiencing both acute and chronic mental health conditions, which fosters my commitment to providing compassionate, strength-based care.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their recovery journey. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, foster resilience, and work toward mental wellness.
