Are you struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, illness, stress, school, work, home, life changes? I invite you to share your unique story. I use a client centered approach, a variety of tools and incorporate DBT, CBT, Meditation, Somatic work and Body Psychotherapy when it meets the client’s needs. When something major happens in our life, we often struggle to cope or ask for help. Together we will create a Safe space as you explore experiences, trauma or stressful situations holding you back. It takes courage to find your voice, transform relationships and learn new strategies. One of the greatest gifts we give ourselves is time to heal. Through our work together we will help you regain your sense of hope, find strength and resilience. I am committed to helping you feel heard, have time to reflect, build strategies & tools for self-care, healing and acceptance. The first step takes courage. I look forward to working with you.
