My work is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion. I support individuals healing from trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, as well as concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationship challenges, boundaries, and emotional regulation. While these are common areas I work with, many clients come in with experiences that don’t fit neatly into one category. Our work focuses on building safety, resilience, and practical skills that support emotional balance and long-term healing.
