As a Master of Social Work student at Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, and life transitions with greater clarity and resilience.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. My style is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I meet you where you are and work with you to explore what feels most important, drawing on a person-centred, IFS-informed, and narrative approach. Therapy is my second career: alongside my clinical training, I continue to work as a pediatric sleep consultant, with over six years of experience supporting families, and I built an earlier career in communications, experiences that continue to shape how I show up with clients today.
I have also completed formal CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) training for adults, and have a particular interest in supporting parents and individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and sleep-related struggles.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I am here to offer a space that feels safe, authentic and genuinely supportive.
