About…

My path to psychotherapy has been shaped by both professional experience and life’s many roles and transitions. As a woman, daughter, mother, business owner, and healthcare professional for more than 26 years, I’ve experienced firsthand the joys, challenges, and unexpected changes that life can bring. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the strength and resilience people discover while navigating change.

Throughout my healthcare career, I had the privilege of supporting individuals through physical and emotional challenges, reinforcing my belief that healing is about caring for the whole person. That passion for helping others inspired me to pursue a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and transition into psychotherapy, where I can support clients in exploring not only what they’re going through, but who they want to become.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building on your strengths to foster resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of my practice, I value time with family, lifelong learning, and finding balance through the simple moments that help us reconnect with ourselves. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater well-being.
