Hi, I’m Kasey (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering online therapy across Ontario. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I understand how life’s challenges—whether they involve anxiety, family conflict, identity exploration, or major transitions—can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next.
My work is grounded in the belief that our mind and body are deeply interconnected. By exploring how stress and emotion show up in both, we can begin to understand what your experiences are telling you and how to move forward with compassion. I support clients in uncovering their strengths, finding meaning in their experiences, and building coping strategies that feel realistic and empowering.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and how to create lasting change in a way that honours your individuality.
As the daughter of Portuguese immigrant parents, I bring an understanding of bicultural identity, family expectations, and intergenerational challenges. My own experiences with anxiety, life transitions, and family dynamics allow me to connect authentically with others who are navigating similar struggles. I aim to create a space that feels safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental—a place where you can laugh, cry, and grow at your own pace.
