I work with those navigating anxiety, low self-worth, and the impacts of ADHD on well-being. I also have a special interest in supporting parents, who often carry invisible loads. In our work together, we can explore how to calm the internal storm, reconnect with your authentic self, and maybe even find joy again.

We’ll explore the roots of your concerns, develop new coping skills, and tap into your strengths. Together, we will walk the path towards living an imperfect, rewarding life.
