About…

Throughout my life, I have been drawn to work with people in a capacity that allows for trusting relationships that build on connection and co-create positive impacts. When you’re struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, relational issues, or difficult thoughts, I understand that these can feel overwhelming and affect your day-to-day life. Together, we can take a collaborative approach to therapy that will help you discover the root causes of what has brought you here and what changes we can make together to give you back a sense of direction with meaningful and lasting change.

I bring to counselling 5 years of experience working as a case manager and support worker for individuals and families who are homeless, in shelter, and at risk of homelessness. This experience has given me a deep appreciation of how systemic factors, social supports, and capacity for resilience impact an individual’s mental health and wellbeing. People often describe me as warm, authentic, energetic, resilient and practical.  Please feel free to reach out to schedule a free consult to talk further about what it might be like to work together.
