Whether you are a worried parent, a stressed teen, or an adult carrying more than you let on, my goal is to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more like yourself again. I work with self-esteem, anxiety, and emotional regulation across the lifespan, and I have a particular heart for families connected to military and first responder life.
With children and teens, I support ADHD, autism, late-diagnosed and twice-exceptional neurodivergence, learning differences, executive functioning, school anxiety, and the social ups and downs of growing up. I help kids feel understood and help parents feel less alone in it.
With adults, I work through anxiety and depression, burnout and caregiver fatigue, perfectionism and people-pleasing, trauma and PTSD including military, medical, and first responder trauma, grief, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw on CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative, solution-focused work, and mindfulness, and I adapt to the person in front of me.
You can expect a grounded, judgment-free space where both kids and adults feel safe to be honest. If you are looking for a therapist who can meet your family’s range of needs with steadiness and warmth, I would be glad to connect.
