About…

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself can be exhausting, especially when you are used to managing a lot on your own. When you are constantly holding things together, it can be hard to know where to put your own feelings. Therapy can offer a steady place to slow down, make sense of what has been weighing on you, and feel less alone with it.

I offer a supportive, grounded space where your experiences are taken seriously and your emotions are met with care. In our work together, you can talk openly about anxiety, self-doubt, stress, shifting relationships, or the pressure of always needing to hold things together. There is no expectation to have the right words or to know exactly where to start, we move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. Our conversations are guided by your needs, your values, and what feels meaningful to you. You bring your lived experience, and together we explore patterns, challenges, and strengths in a way that helps you feel more balanced, connected, and steady in your life.

My goal is to create a space that feels calm, consistent, and supportive, where you can reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence, both in therapy and beyond.
