I am passionate about learning other’s beliefs and values, and exploring long-held narratives in effort to help build self-compassion and self-worth. I am fascinated by the identification of each person’s strengths and collaborating to create adaptive and supportive behaviours that promote mindfulness and well-being. My approach includes empowering clients to look within and use their strengths to create solutions to their concerns from a client-centred approach. I work within a safe and non-judgmental space where anyone is welcome to share their thoughts and challenges while working together. I view therapy as an integral tool in wellness and believe each client deserves a differentiated approach that best suits their needs. I aim to work collaboratively with clients in finding the solution that works best for each of them where they are able to honour their values, beliefs and hopes.
