I am passionate about learning other’s beliefs and values, and exploring long-held narratives in effort to help build self-compassion and self-worth. I am fascinated by the identification of each person’s strengths and collaborating to create adaptive and supportive behaviours that promote mindfulness and well-being. My approach includes empowering clients to look within and use their strengths to create solutions to their concerns from a solution-focused lens. I work within a safe and non-judgmental space where anyone is welcome to share their thoughts and challenges while working together. While I view therapy as an integral tool in wellness, it is individualistic. Each client deserves a differentiated approach that best suits their needs. I aim to find the solution that works best for each client and to adapt our strategies as we work together.
