Hello, I’m Katie (she/her). Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself? Do you have something to discuss that has been holding you back? Are you experiencing big changes in life and working through what they mean to you? I am here to offer a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental, compassionate, and affirming space to discuss and explore such difficult thoughts and feelings. I use a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach rooted in neurobiology that is tailored and responsive to your needs. I aim to help you make connections, create new coping strategies, and break through personal barriers.
- I specialize in working with adults who have been diagnosed with or suspect they have ADHD. I cannot diagnose, but I advocate for and support clients through the process of diagnosis and provide ADHD-adapted therapy and other resources. I offer lived experience as a clinician with ADHD.
- I provide an LGBTQ+-positive space, as a member of the community myself.
- I welcome individuals from all cultures and faiths.
There are many ways in which life can be challenging and it takes great strength, determination, and bravery to reach out for help. I am currently accepting new clients and would be honoured to support you on your healing journey.
