I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and a master’s student at Yorkville University completing their practicum — I provide psychotherapy for youth (12+) and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty moving through life transitions. As a passionate, affirming, and collaborative therapist, my goal is to provide an environment of unconditional acceptance, learning, and genuine connection to help support your healing and growth. I utilize an integrative approach that pulls from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am here to listen to your story without judgment, and to help you: understand your emotions and unconscious behavioural patterns, build on your resiliency and develop new skills to cope with day-to-day life. Life is overwhelming at times, and reaching out for help can be hard. You are taking an important step towards your personal healing. My hope is to offer a place where you can reflect, grow, and create the life you’d like to live. Currently, I have room for a few more clients on Mondays or Tuesdays. If you’d like to book a free meet and greet to make sure we’d be a good fit, you can email me anytime.
