My name is Katie (she/her), and I am a psychotherapist (qualifying) and art therapist. I support individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, eating disorders, emotional regulation, and more.
When we’re given the space to pause, explore our inner world, and get clear on what truly matters to us, it can make a significant impact on how we choose to move through our lives. Therapy allows the opportunity to reflect on how our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being all play a role in influencing each other. With support, self-understanding, and intention, we can work to strengthen these connections, promote self-compassion, and build a sense of balance.
