My goal is to support you in navigating the hard parts of life, whether it be day to day stress, past wounds, difficult relationships, overwhelming emotions, or major life transitions. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing a wide range of challenges, and I have discovered that each of us has the innate strength to heal once we have the right support. I offer a compassionate, supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you, building a deeper understanding of how to live with greater ease. We will begin with challenges that feel most present, supporting immediate improvements in your well-being. Over time we work together to shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for choices that align with your goals and values. This work can be tough, but I’ll be with you the whole way.
I work from a variety of therapeutic approaches with specialized training in body-based somatic practices to process trauma, and manage anxiety and stress. I weave in techniques from Attachment-based, Narrative, Emotion-focused and Internal Family Systems therapies, finding the right mix that works for each unique client. I am deeply committed an anti-oppressive approach. I’ll always strive to ensure that our work in therapy reflects and affirms your values, identity, culture, and community.
