About…

I hold the belief that inherent goodness resides within every individual and that hope can be found in even the most challenging circumstances. Therapy provides a unique opportunity for individuals to explore this innate goodness and hope through a transformative journey. Throughout my career as a therapist, I have been privileged to support and empower individuals, couples, and families on their path to healing, growth, and connection. I approach all individuals with a deep appreciation for their unique identities, shaped by their personal narratives, perspectives, and intricacies of their lives.

I am attuned to working with individual strengths while fostering a capacity of hope. Therapy represents a very personal journey, and I respect the uniqueness of each individual’s path. I hold value in ensuring that the therapeutic space is safe, nurturing, and free from judgment.

By using a cognitive based and behaviour focused approach, I’m able to collaborate with you to allow you to better understand your own thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. As a therapist, witnessing individuals make a positive impact in their lives is truly fulfilling. My intention is to always be there with you and for you, as you discover yourself and grow.
