Compassionate care and personalized healing — I will support your journey to self-understanding and stronger relationships.
My approach begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship, and I adapt my work to each client’s goals, experiences, and personality. I aim to provide tools and exercises that encourage self-reflection and growth, while always valuing the uniqueness of each individual. My practice is client-centred and draws from multiple therapeutic frameworks, including Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Grief Counselling, and Talk Therapy.
I completed my Master of Arts in Communication and Culture through the joint program at York and Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), where I focused on mass media and crowd psychology. I later earned a Master’s in Psychology, specializing in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, at ADLER Graduate Professional School, where I am now pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am also a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) in Toronto, Ontario, with experience in psychological assessment.
In my clinical work, I’ve supported clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD), Bipolar Disorder (BD), ADHD, depression, adjustment difficulties, PTSD, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), grief, substance use challenges, and different forms of anxiety.
If something in my story or approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I would be glad to connect and support you on your journey.
