Therapy offers us an opportunity to engage in self and interpersonal exploration and to make meaningful connections in our lives. It is a place where together, we can navigate life’s many challenges and work to develop strength and resilience. Our psychotherapy sessions will be holistic and address barriers to healing at the level of mind, body and spirit.
I use an integrative client-centered approach and draw from a number of therapeutic modalities in order to tailor my approach for you. I provide culturally responsive treatment, grounded in anti-oppressive, anti-racism, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive, and trauma informed frameworks. I support clients facing challenges with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, and various forms of oppression.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, reading, trying new foods, and experimenting in the kitchen. Maybe some of your hobbies overlap with mine?
