I believe in providing a warm, safe, compassionate environment for my clients. I meet clients where they are in life and provide a judgement free zone. Everyone’s life is important and only they can decide what will work for them to achieve what they want out of life. I use techniques such as, inner child work, focusing, chakra balancing or de-cording, body psychotherapy, talk therapy, internal family systems (IFS), guided meditations, two-chair, CBT, art therapy, among others. I work with clients to develop ways to manage their feelings and develop healthy coping strategies. I work with a variety of the population that are dealing with:
