About…

Do you feel stretched thin, worn down, or like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes?

Hi, I’m Keeley.

I’m a warm, encouraging therapist who believes in creating a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Before beginning my counselling training, I spent 16 years supporting students and families in educational settings, work that deepened my understanding of burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and the emotional weight people often hold beneath the surface. That experience continues to inform my therapeutic work in meaningful ways.

I support teens, adults, educators, helping professionals, and men’s mental health, and I offer virtual therapy in Alberta and Ontario so you can connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. My practice is neurodivergence-affirming and especially supportive of ADHD and autistic clients, with a strong focus on their strengths and unique experiences. I also work with stress, depression, grief, emotional overwhelm, body-image concerns, and identity-related challenges.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, I provide care under supervision to support compassionate, safe, and high-quality practice. I am also a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP), which informs my calm, grounding approach to supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My intention is to offer a space where you do not have to hold everything on your own, where your experiences are honoured, and where you can reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels safe.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in:

  • Person-Centred Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness and strengths-based perspectives
  • Narrative and emotion-focused techniques

I offer low-cost and sliding scale options to help make therapy more accessible, and I provide a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a sense of my style and choose what works best for you. If you’re looking for a gentle, supportive place to begin or continue your healing, I’d be honoured to connect with you.

Where overwhelm softens and self-trust grows.
