Keeshia Cromwell
MACP, Psychotherapy Intern

Welcome, my name is Keeshia (she/her) and I am a psychotherapy intern at Healing Roots Therapy Mississauga. I believe that every individual deserves to have their story heard, understood, and validated, and I am dedicated to providing a space that is inclusive, safe, trusting, nonjudgmental, and compassionate so you feel comfortable sharing your unique experiences with me. I am currently offering therapy sessions in-person and online.

I am committed to supporting and empowering you in understanding your full potential and utilizing your inherent strength to achieve your therapeutic goals, and together, we can identify what this means for you. I hope to explore your values, hopes, beliefs, expectations, concerns, and identities in order to better understand your lived experience and find a tailored therapeutic plan that best supports your well-being.

I utilize a person-centered approach that is eclectic in nature; I use various therapeutic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Dialogic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques. I would be grateful for the opportunity to build a strong and trusting relationship with you so we can work collaboratively towards achieving your goals. When you feel ready, please reach out to me and we can begin this journey together.
