Hi, my names Kelly and im not your typical therapist. My work centres around you, the client, where I actively want to learn about you and how you’ve gotten to where you’re currently at and offer you support or tangible tools to meet your needs. 

Therapy can feel very cold and clinical, almost like you’re in a confessional and its my goal to be there for those who want a more person centered approach where its easier to talk and open up.

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients but find my work with those suffering from self esteem issues and any form of grief or loss. That can be anything from a death of a loved one or the end of a relationship, my passion is supporting you. I work from a  cultural and trauma informed, strengths based lens where I integrate different therapeutic techniques to best meet your needs.
