Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions, wanting to make a change and don’t know where to start, or are struggling to cope with unexpected events, you don’t have to struggle alone.
Hi, I’m Kelly and I am here to support you on your journey.
Currently, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma in Social Service Work, and I am completing the practicum portion of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree. In addition to my education, I have years of experience providing client-centred support in youth settings, long-term care and overseas as a mental health volunteer.
I strive to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space for individuals to receive support and understanding. I value inclusivity, providing culturally competent services, and a positive environment for those who identify as LGBTQ2s+. Whether it be everyday stressors, struggling with mental illness or coping with a major life event, I am here to help. We will work collaboratively to meet your therapeutic needs and find the best way to support you in feeling better.
