Are you experiencing stress, anxiety, exhaustion, difficulties in your relationships, low mood, and struggling to find a work-life balance? Did you have an ideal plan for your 20s, 30s, and 40’s, but feel you are moving off course? This might be one of the most important steps you take and it is courageous to reach out for help. I am here to work with you through the process of discovery, resilience and growth, to help you live the life that you dreamed. I will support you to cope with the stress and life challenges of adulthood in a way that aligns with your values.
I work with adults experiencing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. It is difficult to juggle so many roles and find time for yourself. I will support you in changing problematic emotional states, prioritizing and connecting to your values, and being more compassionate to yourself.
I am so happy that you have taken the first step to connect and look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals and navigating this tricky period. I understand that it is difficult to come to the office or find the time. To alleviate these difficulties I have a flexible schedule and offer virtual therapy across Ontario.
