I work with children (10+), teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to navigate life’s challenges. Many clients come to therapy seeking support with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or life transitions. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a comfortable pace while building insight, coping strategies, and confidence to help clients move toward meaningful change and emotional well-being.
I offer virtual and in-person psychotherapy for children (10+), teens, and adults. Using a person-centred and CBT-informed approach, I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions while building coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change and emotional well-being.
