My name is Keritha Andrews, I am a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO and a member of the Ontario Associations of Mental Health Professionals. As a reflective therapist, my goal is to help you work through and process any presenting concerns you bring to therapy to foster new growth and make connection with all experience in your lives. I conducts therapy in a safe, open and non-judgmental environment where you learn to give yourself permission to be vulnerable, to feel empower as you embarked on a healing journey. I work from an integrative and holistic approach to therapy to support you in making foundational changes. The modalities and techniques I uses are CBT, Psychodynamic, Adlerian, Solution- Focused and Compassionate therapy. In therapy with me, I believe that everyone should feel like they are good enough and it starts by knowing your sense of self-worth, learning to love yourselves and knowing your value.
