Anger like anxiety and depression benefit us in many ways, but it become a problem when it started to affect your ability to functions. I specialized in anger management and will be using a cognitive behavioural therapy approach to help you understand your reasons for being angry. The factors contributed to your excessive anger. And strategies for being you into the awareness of your anger.
Using a holistic and integrative approaches, I offer non-judgmental and compassion to help you address your anger in safe and welcoming environment. My frameworks are client-center, anti-oppressive and BIPOC. I like to ground my clients into reality to help clients understand the cause and maintenance of their presenting issues while proving psychoeducation to aid in gaining insights.
