My purpose is to support and guide you as you embark on your journey towards self-discovery and healing. I understand that it takes strength and courage to reach out for support when you need it. I am committed to creating a safe, open and non-judgmental environment where you learn to give yourself permission to be vulnerable without judgement and shame. Currently, I’m offering individual sessions online/ in-person. My goal is to meet you where you are at and walk with you as you work through any challenges you are experiencing to foster meaningful change. I work from an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I utilized various modalities and techniques from CBT, Psychodynamic, Adlerian, Solution- Focused and Compassionate therapy. I am flexible and adaptable depending on your needs and what you will like to discuss in sessions. In therapy with me, I believe that everyone should feel like they are good enough and it starts by knowing your sense of self-worth, self-love and self-value. Often time, people often want someone to tell them that they are good enough. Instead of waiting for someone else, you can develop the abilty to know that you are good enough.
