Are you feeling stuck, anxious, depressed or even broken? I don’t think anyone is actually broken, but I understand that sometimes life circumstances can leave us with patterns in behaviours, relationships, or emotions that get repeated and make you feel stuck. I would love to help support you to come into the present and to make space for those feelings that we often do everything to avoid. Then, together, we can shed light on the repeated patterns and the deep parts of yourself in order to allow for more self compassion and more choice – the choice to become more of who you really are – who you were always meant to be.
I have been on a long road to healing and finding myself. I completed my PhD in psychology exploring topics close to my heart, namely, forgiveness, mystical experiences, creativity and schizophrenia. For eleven years, I was a psychology instructor at various universities across North America. As much as I love exploring theories, I found myself with the desire to apply these theories to assist others on their journey. I completed five years of psychotherapy training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, and I certified in Holotropic Breathwork through Grof Transpersonal Training in 2017. I also have experience in meditation, Qi Gong, and EFT Tapping.
