Therapy uses many aspects of ourselves in order to find the wisdom to come back to our physical bodies. While meditation is the personal journey inwards – therapy is the relational experience to bring you back in touch with your environment, to see what is stuck and what has to die in order to find the song of who you truly are. We will explore through many experiences of embodiment, role-play, dreams, symbols and dialogue so that through those awarenesses that emerge, you will have opportunity to see your life and relationships differently.
I have been on a long road to healing and finding myself. I completed my PhD in psychology exploring topics close to my heart, namely, forgiveness, mystical experiences, creativity and schizophrenia. For eleven years, I was a psychology instructor at various universities across North America. As much as I love exploring theories, I found myself with the desire to apply these theories to assist others on their journey. I completed five years of psychotherapy training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, and I certified in Holotropic Breathwork through Grof Transpersonal Training in 2017. I also have experience in meditation, Qi Gong, and EFT Tapping.
