Therapy creates space for something new to emerge. I work collaboratively with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, ADHD, body image, addiction, and the uncertainties that often accompany life transitions. Alongside my clinical training as a Registered Social Worker, my doctoral work focused on how our experiences, relationships, and social worlds shape who we become.
My anchor is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and values work: getting clear on what actually matters to you, and building a life that moves toward it. We work together in a safe, collaborative, and creative environment, exploring how emotions, relationships, habits, and embodied experience shape your life. Together we remain attentive to the way change emerges through our ongoing interactions with ourselves, others, and our environments.
Our work begins with your experience and develops from there!
