My name is Kevin and I offer therapy to clients both in person and online. I see therapy as a powerful way in which we can learn about ourselves, our emotions, and relationships with others. Therapy offers the opportunity to explore who you are as a person and what you have been through that shapes who you are today. In providing a space to understand who you are, and where you may have become stuck in life, we can work together to regain your spontaneity that may have been lost along the way.
My therapeutic approach is based in Gestalt Psychotherapy which focuses on expanding our awareness of our emotions and experiences. Gestalt therapy helps create understanding and compassion for how you have lived your life. As a person that has been to therapy, I understand how important it is to find a safe place to receive support and to be listened to.
I enjoy and have an interest in working with people looking for support with exploring neurodiversity, adjusting to challenging life circumstances, navigating changes in relationships or family life and healing from trauma and abuse.
