My therapeutic approach is based in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Gestalt helps create understanding and compassion for how we have lived our lives, and offers us a new perspectives so we can regain our spontaneity that may have been lost along the way.
In Gestalt therapy, clients are invited to process their emotions and experiences. In therapy clients may be asked questions such as ‘what are you aware of in this moment? or ‘what is coming up for you?’ In reflecting upon what we are aware of , Gestalt therapists offer their clients the opportunity to explore how we are in the world
