Life is full of unexpected highs and lows and we all need to feel supported, encouraged, and cared for, whether it be during times of hardships or on a regular basis. My intention is to create a safe and non-judgemental space to help you share your story, understand your needs, grieve your losses, and celebrate your accomplishments. Life can feel complicated and busy, so we don’t always make time to acknowledge and care for our mental health. Together we can work to explore situations and find patterns in your life that may be standing in your way of moving towards your goals and figure out new ways to approach old challenges.
I believe in building a trusting, open, and caring relationship with you in order for you to feel confident, supported, and empowered to face your difficulties and fulfill your needs. I am committed to listening with a compassionate and non-judgemental approach and catering each session to match your comfort level and potential.
I am currently finishing a Masters of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and I have been an advocate for the importance of self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness, and mental health for many years. I look forward to hearing from you and am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
