Many are insightful and capable, yet find themselves overthinking, shrinking in relationships, struggling with self-worth, or carrying a quiet heaviness.
My approach is relational, somatic, and grounded in Gestalt therapy. Together, we slow things down and pay attention to what is happening in the moment: your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationship patterns. This can help you build awareness, self-trust, and more choice in how you respond to yourself and others.
I bring over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed mental health nursing, which helps me stay grounded with complex emotions and experiences. Sessions are collaborative, warm, and paced with care.
