I bring over 10 years of experience in mental health nursing and work from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and relational approach. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we’ll slow down, explore what’s happening in the body, and build awareness of the emotions and patterns shaping your experience.
My work is rooted in Gestalt Therapy, with additional influences from somatic awareness, parts-work, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Sessions are co-created, paced gently, and honour both your challenges and your strengths.
