Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next? Maybe on the outside, you’re managing, but inside, you feel exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about where to go or what to do. Maybe you’re going through a life transition, loss, grief, relationship challenges, questions of identity or purpose, or simply looking to better understand yourself. With all that you carry, therapy can be a space to slow down, unload, and connect with yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. As I get to know you and your experiences, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re carrying, explore what comes up, and find ways to navigate life with greater understanding and self-compassion. We’ll identify what matters to you, what comes next, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
As a first-generation Filipino Canadian, an eldest daughter, and someone who has lived and worked abroad as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, I understand what it can feel like to navigate life’s unexpected demands while also navigating different cultures, family expectations, and ideas of who you “should” be. I also have elementary proficiency in Ilocano, Tagalog, Spanish, and German.
My own experience in therapy has shown me the value of having a space to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. It has helped me better understand myself, uncover parts of myself I hadn’t fully recognized, and find new ways to cope with life. This experience reinforces my belief that growth, healing, and change are always possible.
No matter where you are in life or what you are facing, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions and see if we’re a good fit.
