Hi, I’m Kimberly and I am here to help. Practicing from a strengths-based and trauma informed approach, I am integrative in my approach, combining solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
As a teacher, I bring almost two decades of experience leading groups and working with individuals to help them reach their potential. I am compassionate and empathetic, recognizing each client as unique and deserving of care and respect.
