Sometimes we feel lost and struggle with navigating our problems. During these times, having someone to help lean into our strengths and accomplish collaborative goals can help us work towards feeling better. I take a client-centered approach to help people confront and overcome the challenges that they are experiencing. By understanding that all individuals are unique, I work collaboratively with clients to determine what is most helpful for them. This includes identifying each client’s strengths, struggles, and goals. Using evidence-based practices and individually tailored treatment, I will work with you to better understand the problems you are facing. I recognize that sometimes we feel stuck, and having a safe and non-judgmental space to work through our thoughts and emotions is essential to overcome existing fears, challenges, and concerns. Using a variety of modalities, I will help work towards solutions in a supportive and empathetic way to help achieve each client’s identified goals and treatment outcomes. Reaching out for therapy services takes inner strength and is a huge step to continue improving our mental health and well-being. That’s why I am here to help support you through offering a non-judgement and safe space. It can be overwhelming with navigating the process of therapy and deciding which therapist is a good fit for you.
